The Villa
Located on a private road in Jimbaran, Villa Brandon is a spacious six-bedroom retreat designed for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and easy access to Bali’s southern coastline. With a large open-air atrium, two pools, a rooftop terrace, and thoughtful indoor spaces, the villa offers a complete setting for rest and connection. Just a short walk from Kedonganan Beach, the villa combines the feel of a quiet home base with proximity to Jimbaran’s most popular beachfront dining spots.
Living Spaces
The main living pavilion opens to a 14-metre swimming pool, framed by two bedrooms and a sunken outdoor lounge. Just beyond is a separate kids’ pool, making it easy for families to spend time together by the water. Indoors, guests will find an enclosed air-conditioned lounge with sectional sofas, a 65-inch smart TV, and a small bar area for relaxed evenings in. The dining area seats up to ten guests, and the modern kitchen includes ample storage, prep space, and a walk-in wine closet.
For wellness and fitness, Villa Brandon includes a private poolside sauna as well as an open-air gym on the upper level. The rooftop terrace offers additional space for sunset gatherings, casual meals, or quiet morning routines.
Bedrooms
Villa Brandon features six bedrooms spread across two floors. Two of the guest rooms are located on the ground level with direct pool access, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The other four bedrooms are located upstairs, including the master suite and a twin-bedded room suited for children or friends traveling together. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, smart TVs, generous wardrobe space, and en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms vary slightly in layout but include walk-in showers, bathtubs in select rooms, and his-and-hers sinks in several suites. The master bedroom also includes a private lounge space that can double as a shared workspace or reading area.
